Recently, our company proudly launched the distributed 1100 type 3-roller wet pan mill. Exquisitely manufactured by the source factory, this model focuses on small and medium-sized mining and ceramic processing scenarios, standing out with its robust parameters and stable performance. Adopting a 3-roller design with a roller diameter of 1100mm, it is equipped with a 45-type reducer and a 7.5kw power configuration, maintaining a stable rotation speed of 17-19 r/min, which balances processing efficiency and energy-saving advantages. The machine body is fitted with an independent oil pump device to achieve precise oil supply for the lubrication system, and combined with a strong frame design, it effectively improves the stability of continuous operation of the equipment. The water pan has a diameter of 2700mm and a thickness of 5mm, made of wear-resistant plates, with a ring diameter of 2000mm. The overall size is controlled at 2.7×2.7×1.8m, and its compact structure is suitable for scenes with limited space. With a feed size of ≤30mm and a capacity of 1-2t, it perfectly meets small and medium-batch processing needs, providing cost-effective solutions for overseas customers.
